Customer Support Specialist (Arabic/English)
About This Role
Join our front-line support team and help merchants and families get the most from the EcoFamilies platform. You will handle live chat, email support, and phone inquiries across our key markets.What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. - Troubleshoot merchant account and payment issues. - Escalate technical bugs to the engineering team. - Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90%+. - Document common issues and contribute to the knowledge base.Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). - 1+ years of customer support experience. - Patience, empathy, and active listening skills. - Experience with Zendesk or Freshdesk is a plus.Benefits & Perks
