How do I create an EcoFamilies account?
Download the EcoFamilies app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up". Enter your phone number, verify via SMS, and complete your profile. Registration takes under 2 minutes.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn points every time you visit a merchant using the EcoFamilies app. Points accumulate in your wallet and can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or cash withdrawal above 500 points.
Are merchant deals exclusive to EcoFamilies members?
Yes — all deals and cashback rates listed on our platform are negotiated exclusively for EcoFamilies members. You must show your member QR code at the merchant to activate the deal.
How do I find merchants near me?
Open the app and tap "Browse Merchants". Use the category filter or location search to find verified merchants near you. You can also filter by deal type, rating, or membership level.
What if I have a dispute with a merchant?
Contact us via the Help Center chat or email support@example.com. We investigate all disputes within 48 hours and mediate between the family and merchant to reach a fair resolution.

How do I register my business on EcoFamilies?
Visit the merchant registration page, fill in your business details, upload your trade license and national ID, and submit for review. Our team verifies applications within 3-5 business days.
What are the fees for merchants?
EcoFamilies operates on a commission model — we charge a small percentage on verified member transactions routed through our platform. There are no upfront fees. Premium ad packages are optional and separately priced.
How do I set up deals and offers for members?
Once approved, log into your Merchant Dashboard, go to "Offers", and create a new offer specifying the discount percentage, validity period, and any conditions. Offers go live within 2 hours after review.
How do I receive payments for member transactions?
Payments from EcoFamilies-referred customers are processed through your existing payment methods. Our platform provides a transaction log for all member visits, and commission is deducted monthly.
Can I run ads on the EcoFamilies platform?
Yes — our Ad Packages let you promote your business on the homepage, category pages, and magazine. Visit your dashboard → Ads → Packages to see available slots and pricing.
