How can I update my profile?

You can update your profile from the Edit Profile section on the My Account page.

How do I upload my National ID?

Go to My Account > National Identity Card (NIC) and tap upload to upload your document.

How do I upload my Passport?

Navigate to My Account > Passport and upload a scanned copy or photo of your passport.

Is my uploaded data secure?

Yes, all data is encrypted and protected according to industry standards.

Can I delete an uploaded document?

Yes, you can delete any document from the Documents section.
