About This Role
EcoFamilies is seeking a passionate Community Manager to grow our merchant and family community in Afghanistan and Central Asia. This is a mission-critical role that combines relationship management, local outreach, and digital engagement.What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with local merchants and community leaders. - Host online and offline merchant onboarding workshops. - Moderate community platforms and resolve disputes. - Translate platform updates and announcements into Dari/Pashto. - Report regional growth metrics monthly.Requirements
- Native Dari or Pashto speaker with strong English. - 2+ years of community management or business development experience. - Deep understanding of local commerce and culture. - Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.Benefits & Perks
