Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the ECO Family mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

ECO Family reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the ECO Family Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 16 years of age. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• You must be located in or have a valid connection to Afghanistan or regions where ECO Family operates.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the ECO Family Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

ECO Family reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet these eligibility criteria or who has violated these Terms.

To access certain features of the ECO Family Platform, you are required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, valid phone number, and email address.
• Maintain the security of your account password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify ECO Family immediately at support@ecofamily.com.af if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.

ECO Family grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — discovering and redeeming discounts and offers from partner merchants. You may not use the Platform to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Transmit or upload any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.
• Collect or harvest any personal data of other users without their explicit consent.

ECO Family offers both free and premium membership plans. The features available to you depend on the plan you select. Membership details are subject to change; current plans and pricing are always available within the app.

• Free Plan: Access to a selected range of partner offers, basic QR redemption, and limited reward points accumulation.
• Premium Plan: Full access to all partner discounts, priority support, higher reward point earnings, and exclusive member-only offers.
• Premium membership fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, except as required by applicable Afghan consumer protection law.
• You may cancel your premium membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

ECO Family acts as a connecting platform between users and merchant partners. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of listed offers; however, the following conditions apply:

• Discounts and offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn by merchant partners at any time.
• Each discount or offer may carry specific conditions (minimum spend, time restrictions, one-per-visit limits) as set by the merchant.
• ECO Family is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of goods and services provided by merchant partners.
• Disputes regarding the application of a discount at a merchant should be first addressed directly with the merchant, then escalated to ECO Family support if unresolved.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• ECO Family verifies all listed merchants, but does not guarantee the ongoing quality or legitimacy of any merchant after the initial verification.

Merchants listed on the ECO Family Platform are independent businesses that have entered into a separate agreement with ECO Family. By accessing a merchant through our Platform:

• You acknowledge that the merchant-user relationship is independent of ECO Family.
• ECO Family is not a party to any transaction between you and the merchant.
• Any complaints, refund requests, or disputes arising from a merchant transaction are between you and the merchant.
• ECO Family will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving disputes but cannot guarantee outcomes.

ECO Family operates a Reward Points system to incentivize platform usage. The following terms govern the earning and redemption of reward points:

• Points are earned automatically when you use your ECO Family membership card at partner merchants.
• The points value per transaction is determined by ECO Family and may change without prior notice.
• Reward points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points expire 12 months from the date of earning if not redeemed, unless otherwise stated.
• ECO Family reserves the right to suspend or cancel any reward points if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Points are forfeited upon account termination, whether voluntary or by ECO Family.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ECO Family Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action:

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person or entity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access or scrape the Platform.
• Misusing, sharing, or selling discount codes or QR codes outside their intended purpose.
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews of merchants.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or attempting to claim offers fraudulently.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward ECO Family staff, merchants, or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical measures or access controls of the Platform.

All content, features, and functionality on the ECO Family Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of ECO Family or its content suppliers and are protected by Afghan and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ECO Family.

The ECO Family Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ECO Family does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current at all times.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will meet your expectations.

ECO Family shall not be held responsible for any disruptions to service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Afghan law, ECO Family and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

ECO Family reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms.
• Engage in conduct that is harmful to ECO Family, its users, or its merchant partners.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or use.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ecofamily.com.af or through the settings section of the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and any accrued reward points will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ECO Family Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kabul, Afghanistan.

We encourage users to first attempt to resolve any disputes through our customer support team before initiating formal legal proceedings. ECO Family is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
